Return Policy:

We hope you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your product within 14 days of receipt.

Return Policy:

- The product must be unused and in its original condition.

- The product must be returned in its original packaging.

- Personalized and custom made products unfortunately cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

How to Return:

1. Send an email to info@blisslybear.com with your order number and the reason for return.

2. Wait for our confirmation and further instructions.

3. Carefully pack the product and return it to the specified return address.

Exchange:

Want to exchange a product? Follow the same steps as above. Indicate in your email which product you want to exchange and for which new product. Please note that the processing of exchanges depends on the availability of the desired product.

Refund:

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you within 7 business days whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

- Upon approval, the purchase amount, excluding shipping costs, will be refunded to your original payment method.

Postage costs:

- The costs for returning your product are at your own expense.

- In case of an error on our side, we will reimburse the return costs.
