Warranty

1. Legal Warranty

We offer a legal guarantee on all our products. This means that a product must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. The legal guarantee applies in addition to any manufacturer's guarantee.

2. Manufacturer's warranty

In addition to the legal warranty, some manufacturers offer a factory warranty. The duration and conditions of this warranty may vary per manufacturer. For more information, please refer to the product documentation, which can be requested via info@blisslybear.com.

3. Warranty Conditions

- The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
- Please keep your proof of purchase as this is required to claim the warranty.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Incorrect installation or use.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or external factors such as fire or water damage.

Complaints

1. Submit a Complaint

We strive to satisfy our customers. If you nevertheless have a complaint about our products or services, you can submit it as follows:

- By email : Send an email to info@blisslybear.com with a description of your complaint, your contact details and, if applicable, the order number.

2. Handling of Complaints

- We will confirm receipt of your complaint within 2 working days.
- Your complaint will be processed within 14 days of receipt. If more time is needed, we will inform you.
- If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you can submit it to the Disputes Committee or to the European ODR (Online Dispute Resolution). This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
